1 Agreement to Terms
By using our App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the setup and configuration of the App.
- Comply at all times with Shopify's Terms of Service.
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2 Data Processing
By using this App, you grant Assemblage the right and authority to:
- Access your Shopify store's product, variant, and inventory data.
- Receive and process order information for the sole purpose of inventory management.
We act as a "Data Processor" on your behalf. You, the merchant, remain the "Data Controller."
3 Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Assemblage is not liable for any inventory discrepancies, business losses, or damages that may arise from:
- Incorrect setup or configuration of the App by the merchant.
- Conflicts with third-party applications or integrations.
- Changes made to Shopify's API or platform.
It is the merchant's responsibility to verify the accuracy of inventory adjustments and to maintain backups of their data.
4 Fees and Payment
You agree to pay any applicable fees for the subscription plan you select. All fees are billed through your Shopify account in accordance with their billing policies.
5 Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, this agreement will be terminated, and all of your data associated with the App will be permanently deleted from our systems.
